I sent a message to Astrovials asking about their stock, and just got this response:
Hi, we will restock small amount of vials every other day for the next week while we're testing the new server capacity. Upon that, we'll restock more frequently.
So for everyone who has been eagerly awaiting their return, it seems the wait is (hopefully!) almost over!

Just went to check their site for an update on my reship order and their site is fully down with a "We'll be back soon" message. Everyone else seeing this?
I have been waiting for my order (placed September 21st, processed September 23rd) to be reshipped, as their website claimed last night that all remaining orders that were missing from September 23rd would be getting reshipped today. Has anyone else that has had issues with their shipper from a September order gotten theirs yet?

Recently, I made a post in this subreddit about an order that had been delivered to the wrong address. To be clear, this was in no way Symphony Labs’ fault, but an issue with Royal Mail — an ongoing problem I’ve been experiencing with my post in general.
At the time, I thought that was that. My hormones were lost, and with them, my money. But as many of you will understand, the hormones themselves are what matter most. For many of us, they’re not just another purchase; they’re a lifeline, a foundation for our wellbeing and our ability to live as ourselves.
However, Symphony Labs saw my post and kindly offered to resolve the issue by resending my order.
Some suppliers might have simply said, “This wasn’t our mistake, so it isn’t our responsibility.” And technically, they would have had a point. But Symphony Labs chose to help me without hesitation, despite this being Royal Mail’s fault.
I know Symphony Labs have received a fair amount of criticism lately regarding shipping times, communication, and so forth. I’m not here to dismiss anyone’s frustrations or invalidate their experiences. Waiting for hormones can be incredibly stressful, especially when you’re counting down the days and relying on them for your physical and mental wellbeing.
But, I also think it’s worth remembering that these suppliers are saving lives with the hormones they make accessible to us, and they’re handling significant order volumes and can face problems beyond their control, as happened in my case with Royal Mail.
Anyway, I just wanted to take a moment to publicly thank Symphony Labs for their kindness and for helping resolve my situation. It’s easy to speak up when something goes wrong, but I think it’s equally important to acknowledge it when a company goes out of its way to do the right thing.
Thank you, Symphony Labs. I genuinely appreciate it. ❤️

I'm not in dire need to restock but I am feeling a bit overwhelmed at which vendor to go for.
It looks like Astrovials is selling out incredibly quickly and I haven't received emails from valerie.vg reminding me of stock.
I just missed out on the Symphony Labs restock in the UK as I was still in the 24h cool down phase for ordering Litecoin for the first time and am not sure about ordering from the US.
With Hera now back up again, I'm also considering purchasing there, but know about stock problems and would prefer to purchase from a vendor that ships within the UK.
Has anyone in the UK purchased from these vendors recently? What was the experience like and do you have any recommendations? Thanks :)
Lastly... is there a discord server or signal chat for the UK. Feeling a little isolated rn not really knowing anyone else who DIY's in the UK <3

To preface, It was suggested that I come here after posting about my transition experience in another subreddit.
Im fairly new to taking HRT, 7 weeks this week but straight from the get go I felt like something was off
My doctor (a private sexual health clinician) prescribed me a daily dosage of 0.5mg Estradiol gel and 100mg of Spironolactone.
To me, this daily dosage feels absurdly low to actually do anything.
I did a blood test at the 1 month mark and I think my levels are tracking decently well but I don’t want to be stuck on this small dose forever. I’m set to see my doctor again in December and my dosage may go up but I’m feeling unsure about it.
In these 7 weeks, I haven’t felt any changes at all except a slight dip in libido
What I’m trying to get at is, is DIY the way to go for better results?

so long story short, I live in a country where ordering hrt from outside is a hit or miss
I somehow managed to order 2 vials back in May and they got through customs
But then I found out one of my friends tried to order from the same source as mine (astrovials) but it got seized
I may have a chance to get out of the country by late 2028 at most
so my question is, assuming I inject 0.10ml (4mg) a week starting from 9th May, 2026 from a 400mg (10ml) EEn vial using a 30g insulin fixed syringe injected subcutaneously
What are my chances that the 2 vials would last me till at the very least January 2029 before i have to order a third one?

Not going to 🗾 anytime soon, but this question kept lingering in my mind. I'm scared of spending money in a clinic and got underdosed, and estrogen seems to be ETC. Thank you in advance!

Dysphoria it's literally eating me alive, I've been waiting years to finally afford starting hrt, but when I can, I literally have to wait more, because I'm on a waiting list. Need help with someone to guide me on how can I start DIY.🩷

I used an injection 2 weeks ago, and another in the other leg a week ago. In both cases, a lump formed under my skin and the area became red, and sometimes I feel itchy in the region. Do you have any idea what it could be? I wouldn't want to stop the hormone therapy now.
I injected mct estradiol enanthate from Astro. Please 🙏

After so long over finally administered my first ever dose of EEn and I’m so happy and full of joy :3. It was surprisingly easier than I thought the process was pretty much painless.

Hi!
I am planning to buy in bulk HRT products both for personal and commercial (thinking of starting a business to sell locally) purposes. Do you have a recommended shop/seller in Thailand and may I ask what is the process to avoid being seized by Customs?
I’m kinda scared to shell out a large sum of money only for Customs to hold the products and never receive it.
Thank you.

Hiiii y'all
I'm looking for a new vendor following a allergic reaction to otokonoko estradiol.
For context:
I did use them for 2yrs before having the allergic reaction, then, Following a bit of a depression episode I stopped the therapy. I'm looking to start a new hrt, with potentially new vendors.
I'm from France, 1m94, 130kg, without any heart problem tho in medication for ADHD and anxiety
Soon I dont really know where to start and was wondering if the community could give me a few pointer

Ever since I got in my third month of estradiol enanthate infections, it’s been skyrocketing(I should also mention that I have gynecomastia). Like I literally woke up with them one morning and it’s been an utter hell. Like I know the stages, it starts off itchy then sore, but my whole chest feels sore as hell and especially at my gym where I train bjj, I used to wear size small cotton shirts(at the gym, not in general), but now they’re noticeable so I sized up to medium. And doing bjj with growing breasts is agony.. I feel them when I jump rope and jog, and I’m the type who sleeps on their stomach and they get in the way of my sleep. Yes, I know. humble bragging and shit, my nightmare is another’s dream, but the cons are just as important as the pros. Due to my current lifestyle of being a jiujitsu athlete, I feel like I’m gonna get breast cancer before they’re even fully developed, and even then, I never even wanted boobs when I started DIY-ing.
Anybody know where to get good padding or something to protect the chest? (Also I train at an mma gym in Florida, more than likely there are bigots where I train.)

(This was written by my friend, just so y'all know. Posting for her as she doesn't have reddit)
Gonna go over some history just in case any of this is relevant. I am mtf and 20 years old (born on october 3rd 2006). I started estradiol valerate 3 months before turning 19 (july 14 2025). I then started 200mg of progesterone daily on April 11 2026. However on August 8th 2026 I stopped progesterone and on August 25th 2026 I switched from valerate to Enanthate. During the beginning of September, I noticed shedding and it's been making me so insanely stressed. Out of fear, I went back on progesterone on September 21st but only 100mg cus I don't have that much left (I was taking two pills at a time before). On October 13 I also started finnasteride out of fear (2.5mg daily). I don't think it has gotten better at all and I am scared.

Ive finally got my hands on all the supplies I need to start taking E!!!
however I need to know what weekly dosage would be safe for me since blood tests are really annoying to get where I live...
I have some 10ML vials of Estradoil Enanthate with a concentration of 40.0 mg/ml
so what would people say is a safe bet to start myself on if im unable to get bloods done?

Thinking of building a little emergency war chest of Anti-Cis-timines as I'm getting held up by my GP getting my NHS prescription in the UK. Should have done this a while ago, as I've been without anything for 5+ months now.
I had a decapeptyl (triptorelin) injection every 3 months, evorel patches 2x100 twice weekly and progesterone, got enough progesterone spare to last me but not sure how to acquire the patches and blocker injections.
I've not self administered an injection before either so not even sure if that's an easy thing (but sheepish with the needles) - If anybody has any advice on how to actually do it yourself or have any easy alternatives, or other suggestions I would be happy to hear them.

I got some estradiol enanthate that's 40mg/ml and I just took the first shot the other day, 0.1ml so I should be getting 4mg of hormones once per week. As far as I could find that was supposed to be enough to suppress T but a friend of mine claimed it would be ineffective, though she seemed to not really be aware of monotherapy as an option. I'm new to this so I wanted to make sure I wasn't injecting for nothing, or worse, doing harm.
I was also injecting into my leg, but the injection site is a bit sore after so I was thinking stomach might be better. Is there anything different about injecting there or is it pretty much the same?
