This is what inbreeding does

In some countries, marrying a 3rd cousin isn’t considered inbreeding. This might be one of those countries.

Pretty much in the whole world, you can marry your actual cousin. Only few countries in the world has made it illegal.

Illinois: Permitted when both individuals are at least 50, or one has medical certification of permanent sterility.
Indiana: Both individuals must be at least 65.

3rd cousin I thought was allowed in most countries. 1st cousin is the one where it gets really weird.

Can it be considered brave if you aren't smart enough to understand the risk?

wouldn't go near that thing even if the grinder was fixed in a vice or something

There's a famous story about a surgery with a 300% fatality rate, this has the potential to top that.

u/SirSavage_the_second 1d ago
Damn does it kill the doctors too?
5
u/lankymjc 1d ago
The patient died, the doctor died, and a spectator died. 300% mortality.

It was actually the patient, spectator, and the drs assistant. Even more hilarious.

Even a box full of tourniquets and a surgeon on standby couldn't save these guys from themselves. It's only a matter of time.

The fact that he looks away (towards camera) while applying movement with his hands with the saw, is why I know he is still a student waiting to receive his lesson about fun and games. Teacher hits hard imo.

Am I the only one that was waiting for his beard to get caught and pull his face into the blade?

Crazy how the guy holding the “saw” isn’t even looking at the blade half the time

That blade is a hair close to his beard. Wonder if it would cut through his face?

And when someone loses a limb, they will call it an "Accident" instead of "Willful act of stupidity results in predictable outcome."

I can understand an urge to do silly things, I think we all can. But there definitely has to be a limit, where you tell yourself "no", and this is one of them.
This is the type of stuff that I eventually see a safety video about. Regulations and rules are written in blood. And these guys, if they continue following dumb impulses, will learn those lessons the hardest way they can.

I’ve never seen so much low IQ on display in one place at one time with such awful consequences.

It’s the holding of the wood (rather than clamping it) which I find most moronic about this whole thing
1
u/shinjidsc 1d ago
Idk which is dumber holding the wood or the saw

u/this_is_not_a_dance_ 1d ago
Hold both and you have an American tech bro. Bonus points because it was someone else’s stupid idea first.

I don’t know who’s a bigger idiot, the guy holding the saw, or the guy holding the wood.
