He lied on his visa application, his citizenship needs to be revoked, his assets need to be seized, and we need to ship his ass back to Africa with zero chance of ever returning here. This is what he wants for other people who didn't lie on their visa application.

You can still be a successful villain after the first movie is over, but I don't think Elon realizes we're in the third film at this point.

He has to pivot if he wants to see the credits.
