I feel like that opinion might change if you were worth like 100 million dollars but maybe I'm wrong, wouldn't know, never been rich enough to think about a prenup
I don't think it's really a matter of trust at that point. Like, if I was set to marry someone with 100 million in the bank, I would not be offended if they looked at my 20k life savings and said hey yeah I think we need a prenup just in case
Although to be clear I completely understand why other people might feel differently
