Consider that no social media site produces pictures like the one in the OP. It's all fake.

There's been a surge of this type of post, an extravagant title with an accompanying imagine on top, and below is a fake tweet in response to it. I assume someone at the bot factory made a template, and somehow they felt so good about their incredibly shitty clone that they're using it to spread content for likes.
