started forming hard-to-get

I understand what’s meant here, but what’s with the use of the word “forming” in this instance?

I swear, half the English language posts across reddit recently have completely butchered grammar to the point where you basically have to guess from context what they're trying to say

And there will be a lot more of it! Education? Fuck them kids!

I believe it's called "Literary devolution" which as my friend Raul said "it's great to deal with when English isn't your first language."

It is like a chemical reaction. Where mixing your friend with the act of seeing the friend they liked, a precipitation of being hard-to-get was formed

Precipitate. Precipitation is the act of the precipitate being formed

It's like she's forming (a plan) to be hard-to-get.

Nah I just think they don't speak English and meant playing but the word in their language doesn't match up 1:1.
