Yes, Ashley Gabrielle Huff did sue.

Following the dismissal of the drug charges, she filed a wrongful arrest lawsuit against the local authorities involved in the incident.

According to reports tracking the aftermath of the incident, her civil lawsuit was eventually settled for $25,000.

At $1 a can, that's obviously 25000 cans of spaghetti o s. At three cans a day, she could have 22 years worth of spaghetti o s stockpiled.

Obviously, in reality, there would be some sort of bulk discount, so she'd likley be able to afford spaghetti o s for the rest of her life.
