Anyone using the 8bitdo 2.4G wireless controller with their shield?

I currently have a controller for my pc. If I connect the dock to my pc, the controller works via 2.4G. I just tried the same on the Shield and that didn't work. Does it have to be the dongle directly? Unable to test for now until I get USB C to USB A adapter

Hold B down when you turn controller on. It will put controller into D-input mode which is needed.

Yes, the M30 2.4ghz works fine on my Nvidia Shield. It just needs to be changed to D-input (or Switch Pro controller mode, I can't remember right now). Works great in RetroArch.

If you use it in X input mode, it will give you problems with Z and C buttons.
