Law&CrimeTea ⚖️ 🫆 Multiple Reports of Voting Machines Flipping Votes to Republican Candidates Automatically

This isn’t just happening in Tennessee. There are reports of voters in other states experiencing touchscreen voting machines changing their selections from Democratic to Republican candidates.

Please check, double-check, and TRIPLE-CHECK your ballot before submitting it. Make sure every vote reflects your choice. If something looks wrong, alert a poll worker before casting your ballot.

Thats my thing. I'm not convinced it recorded it right even if it got switched. It probably glitched and you saw something it was supposed to do later. We need more methods of auditing what our own votes get recorded as. There's no reason I shouldn't be able to log in with my own information and see what my vote got entered as.

The only safe election system is paper ballots. It's not impossible to tamper with - but with paper, its 1000x harder to forge a thousand votes compared to one. To steal an election, you have to physically go to each voting place and destroy evidence. With electronic voting, once you hack one system, you can hack them all.

There's actually a lot of reason against it. You don't want to be able to say how you voted after the election, otherwise you get "campaign strategies" of having a small group of people going door to door with baseball bats asking "did you vote for our guy? Prove it." Yes, that's the extreme version, but you get the idea.

It would be a lot easier to report that form of vote tampering than the machine changing votes when you're not allowed to use an electronic device.

That's easy, tell them you have a friend named Winchester that can vouch for you.
