Law&CrimeTea ⚖️ 🫆 Multiple Reports of Voting Machines Flipping Votes to Republican Candidates Automatically

This isn’t just happening in Tennessee. There are reports of voters in other states experiencing touchscreen voting machines changing their selections from Democratic to Republican candidates.

Please check, double-check, and TRIPLE-CHECK your ballot before submitting it. Make sure every vote reflects your choice. If something looks wrong, alert a poll worker before casting your ballot.

With your phones video the screens/machines actually doing this. Your oral testimony and rumour is not good enough. Record your machine changing your vote, and be ready to send it as evidence to any future legal case against Trump/Musk.

Given the history in this nation, people would either bully or bribe people to vote and require that as proof

A lot of election day shenanigans in us history

With the paper ballots you can take a picture of your ballot before you put it in the scanner

We've got the same machines here and they are... reliably finicky. I don't think the people building the machines are engaged in skullduggery here, it's just incompetence. I can't understand why this express vote machines are used at all, considering how much worse they are than other digital machines I've used - it's probably because they have that disability controller built in, I guess? But that thing is kind of garbage too.

But the one I used very consistently selected the option *below* the one I was trying to select. I would wager a guess that it's related to the thickness of the glass over the screen and the relative angle of the device - its a very classic mistake for shitty touchscreen machines in fixed positions that are *not* face on to the user to not account for the actual viewing angle and so be misaligned, and that seemed to be exactly what I was seeing.

The order of names here is randomized, so there was no partisan bias overall, but it's something a bad actor could exploit *extremely* easily, and I don't know why anyone would consider it acceptable when selecting a voting machine to use.

Tennessee Code 2-7-142 prohibits voters from taking photos and video inside polling locations.

If the machines are really doing this, there's like a zero percent chance someone didn't pop out their phone and take a video. I'm 100% sure someone took a video whether it was happening or not, or whether it was illegal or not. Maybe they don't want to post it under their own name, but why hasn't it leaked somewhere?

I'm even more surprised an AI video hasn't appeared showing the votes being flipped.

And then there's this

Trump Appointees Asked a Federal Cybersecurity Agency to Secretly Acquire a Voting Machine —  and Hack It

And then not tell the manufacturer its vulnerabilities....

But

The appointees wanted the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency to procure the machine, examine it and report back the findings so they could be given to the White House, according to two former administration officials with knowledge of the request.
