Law&CrimeTea ⚖️ 🫆 Multiple Reports of Voting Machines Flipping Votes to Republican Candidates Automatically

This isn’t just happening in Tennessee. There are reports of voters in other states experiencing touchscreen voting machines changing their selections from Democratic to Republican candidates.

Please check, double-check, and TRIPLE-CHECK your ballot before submitting it. Make sure every vote reflects your choice. If something looks wrong, alert a poll worker before casting your ballot.

But if the scans are consistently misreading in favor of Republicans on random ballots you wouldn't know unless a recount actually happened and then only if the recount wasn't rigged.

It doesn’t take many corrupted ballots to flip elections, when it’s compounded precinct, county, and statewide.

They do hand-counts of a subset of ballots as an audit.

We have a similar system in California and all votes can be viewed online after being cast by the person who cast the vote. You better believe if there were random errors people would speak up about it. It works.

I feel like this is an absolutely necessary component. But, if voting is done on election Day and someone believes the recorded vote is wrong, I'm not sure what the cure could be. Maybe if video of hands performing the vote were available.

They should get a printout of their votes and a QR code with a link to show the final recording has been completed in the database
