and the best part? majority of texas voters fall for that dumb shit over and over, thats how theyve managed to stay in power for over 30 years.

Republicans are stupid. Texas Republicans are on another planet of stupid entirely. I sadly, unfortunately, lived there for a couple years.

I've lived in many super red states in rural areas, its the same coast to coast. Texas is a bit more proud of how stupid they are thats it. When a community sees intelligence as a negative its not usually a good sign.
