It’s a topper piece, they’re usually used to hide thinning hair. I’m assuming she bought it from Amazon, because no salon would ever slap such a poorly color matched and blended piece on a client.
I’m just confused as to how she slapped that thing on her head and went “perfect” and trotted out the door. Does becoming MAGA make you color-blind?

Is she intentionally placing it too low to make her forehead seem too small for the rest of her features? It's giving Teresa guidice or whatever that person's name is from real housewives of corruption and stupidity. The one whose hair seemed like it was giving birth to her face.

I think a part of them knows it doesn’t look good. But it’s a sign that they have disposable wealth to constantly be paying for plastic surgeries, so they make it as obvious as possible.

My theory- they want the apocalypse. They are getting plastic surgery to look as good as possible for their eternity in Valhalla or where ever they think they’re going. Vah-a-lago. I’m not sure why they don’t get decent work though… they have the funds.
Fillers and plastic surgery are also a huge status symbol. It’s the new Coach bags or redbottoms.

As noted in the above image, it can often backfire with surface features and looks.The intense cruelty is usually a dead giveaway to feed the need to see a firing squad in action. The Queen's revenge was true. Tax Dodgers and street urchins is who she sent so she could rid her kingdom of this filth. Not to mention her bizarre hairstyle with the two-tone, highly dry and itchy appearance, is disturbing.

Lip filler, cheek filler.
It may have migrated.
If it’s hyaluronic filler, it’s hydrophilic and can cause issues when it migrates it will get puffier.
She’s always had a weird mouth, but if you google she was lean around her cheekbones, now she’s filler face.
She doesn’t yet have Madam face (anyone remember that puppet?) where they yank things back.
I am sure she will do that next.
I think her face is so big, she needs big hair to balance it out. A tight chignon will not work
