Funny Stories/Memes FINALLY GOT MY LICENSE W/ KONTING ABERYA

Okay, so my PRC branch is within Manila and boyyy kanya-kanya kaming update ng pic sa LERIS ang ending we had to reuse our NOA picture :(

Nasa 5-7 kaming nagi-initial registration and right after the oathtaking syempre nagmamaganda kaya gumamit ng grad pic na glam ang make-up.

I used mine from VSPS hehe as in totally no AI at all pero bawal pa rin daw dahil sa blush on. BLUSH ON?!?! Hindi pinuna ang lash extension ko pero ang blush on na yan nakakaloka hahahahah

Ayun hay kainis pero salamat pa rin sa lisensya bawi ako after 3 years hahahaha

VENTING When SENIOR NURSES have a problem with NEW NURSES having a life outside work

• Upvotes

What can you say about senior nurses who seem to harbor hidden animosity toward their colleagues, especially the newer nurses who often go out and enjoy themselves after work? It also seems like they get upset when they’re not invited, when most of these hangouts aren’t even planned in the first place. You can really sense the unspoken tension and divide in the workplace ehh 🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️

All About JOBS Do I really need ACLS, PALS, IVT trainings?

Just recently passed the PNLE, and I feel like I’m getting left behind because my batchmates are taking ALS, PALS, BT, IVT trainings.

My question is, necessary ba talaga na mag-separate training/certification before getting hired sa hospital? Won’t the hospital invest in your training when you’re hired? Or higher chances ba na ma-hire if you have these training certifications under your belt?

Please help a girl out 😩

Kakatapos lang ng FIRST recall exam namin, and these are my scores

Np1 : 75/100

Np2 : 55/100

Np3 : 59/100

Np4 : 55/100

Np5 : 55/100

Awang awa ako sa scores ko, pero alam kong 1 out 13-15 recalls palang naman. Makakapagimprove pa (wag lang sana maburnout)

PNLE PRC ID - Leris vs Actual Picture

Hello Nurses! Does anyone have the same issue? Thank you!

good day! im 24 years old who passed the board exams last 2024. and now im a fellow nurse with 1 year and 6 mos of experience. nag resign na ako sa work because i want to review na sa nclex. 2 mos has passed and ngayon ko pa lang siya sinisimulan.

can you guys please help me? siguro im scared because baka hindi enough yung 1 year and 6 months of experience. can i ask, meron bang United State agencies that accept 1 year and 6 months of experience?

and if ever wala, totoo po ba na little to no work gap ang united state agencies? natatakot kasi ako baka mag back to zero ako and need continuous or little to no work gap. thank you in advance po 🥹

additional info po: my experience is from the ordr department with 3 mos in the cath lab. thank you po 🥹

All About JOBS HEMODIALYSIS NURSE OR BEDSIDE NURSE

• Upvotes

Hi guys! I would like to ask for advice. I have my job offer sa isang company as a hemodialysis nurse. If mahired ako, ang employer ko is the company, not the hospital.

Feeling ko next year pa magkakaroon. 😓

Marerecommend niyo ba na accept ko yung hemodialysis nurse as my first job or mag wait na lang sa opening na hindi sure kung kailan for bedside nurse? Sobrang gulong gulo na ko. Help guuuys 😭

PNLE PNLE Passers, How Did You Study the TOS?

Hello po! February 2027 PNLE taker here.

For those who passed the PNLE, how did you study using the TOS as your guide? Like, paano niyo po inaral each topic, ano ang inuna niyong aralin, and what techniques did you use to retain the information until the actual boards?

I’m still adjusting and trying to find a study method that works for me, so I would really appreciate your tips and advice po. Thank you! 🤍
