Salvadoran police woman smiles at pug rescued from unsafe conditions

Yesterday in the city of San Salvador authorities took notice when social media users posted a video of a man dangling one of his two pet pugs over the balcony his apartment. The man was that day arrested, and the dogs were taken in to care. There are many cute photos of the dogs at the police station with smiling police officers.
