For those wanting context, the normal-height guy posts videos, usually of him pranking his mom surprising her by playing trombone while she's doing something.
He's the only person of normal height in his family, the rest of his family (both parents, as well as his siblings) have a form of dwarfism, thus why everything in their house is designed for people of smaller than average stature. Excellent and practical design for their family, except him.
The cost benefit ratio probably works out a lot better than it's (basically) the entire family needing the special furniture instead of one person out of the family.
