So this dude (prolly 20-30 ish) was seen walking through the food court of dolmen. Pretty normal right?
Except the dude was seen weatring a literal N@ZI armband (I checked twice to confirm), and I remember just sitting there like what the how is this even allowed.
I mean im all for freedom of expression sure thats great an all, but Idek how to feel anything except sheer embarrassment for this guy especially being in a family area.
This glorification of world leaders like H1tl3r especially in todays Gen Z internet culture is the same as someone wearing an "I heart N3tanyahu " t shirt in the next 50 or so years and proves the need to bring cancel culture to Pakistan.
But thats js me tho

Hello guys, I want to get general attestation from mofa Lahore as quick as possible.
Have applied but its taking too long (on approval and no update).
Does anyone knows anyone who can help me out and maybe get it done in a single day?
Thanks:)
I took off for my birthday, so I'd have the LOOOONG weekend to myself. Then my previous plans got cancelled. I just want a fun weekend man, any suggestions?

I am visiting Lahore after a long time with my 8 year old son.
He really wants to watch one of the ODIs.
What is the access like to the stadium on match day? How far away is the parking? Are there any roads blocked for the matches? I am not familiar with Lahore roads any more and Google is not very reliable when it comes to road closures.
Thanks

I’m planning to buy a house (for living not investment). budget = 10M PKR.
My top priority is a well-populated, established, upper middle class neighborhood with educated, decent neighbors even if house is small (2 to 3 marla).
I’m considering Sabzazar, Awan Town, Wapda Town and similar areas. I don’t want to go to the far ends of the city (Bahria Orchard, etc.).
A few questions:

had some friends from the US planning a trip here for around 1.5ish weeks but found out that you cant apparently host them at your own residence. not like they cant afford a hotel or anything, its just for convenience purposes (also it'd be fun lol)
ive been told you cant host them, but why? like people on tourist visas and all.

TL;DR: A crying woman approached me in my street asking me to book an InDrive bike ride for her because her husband supposedly beat her. I tried to help, but it turned out to be a setup. The next morning, the rider showed up at my house, harassed my mother, climbed our gates when she wouldn't give him my real details, and fled only after the police were called. Be extremely careful helping strangers from your doorstep
...
I was walking in my street. A woman saw me, came straight up to me, and started crying. She begged me to book an InDrive bike for her. Seeing someone crying like that right outside your house hits hard you don't think twice, you just want to help someone safe. I used my own InDrive account to book a bike for her. (She was well dressed and looked educated).
An InDrive rider accepted the ride suspiciously fast (for context, this happened on Sunday, Oct 18, 2026, taking a trip to Sardar Street). She stood right by my door waiting for him, and once he arrived, she left. I thought that was the end of it. (She requested to stand right next to my door becuase she was feeling unsafe)
Fast forward to the next morning while I was at work. That exact same InDrive rider (Muhammad, black Honda bike ABT 4813) shows up at my house, rings the doorbell, and tells my mother he is my "friend."
My mother immediately knew something was off because none of my actual friends call me by the random display name I use on my InDrive profile, nor do they show up out of nowhere claiming to be buddies. When my mother refused to let him in and gave him a fake number just to get him away from the door, things got terrifying. He came back a little later, started screaming outside, and literally climbed our house gate trying to force entry and demanding my mother bring me out.
Thank God my mother kept her head and immediately called the police, which made him bolt. (Now if was there, i wouldve killed him)
I honestly don't even know what their exact angle was whether it was extortion, blackmail, or setting up the house for something worse but it's clear the woman and the rider were running a coordinated scam.
It honestly breaks my heart because I’ve always been the type of person to step up when someone needs help. But incidents like this make you lose complete faith. Times are changing, and people are weaponizing basic human empathy and distress to target innocent households.
Please, guys: never let random strangers use your personal accounts for rides, and never let unknown people wait right outside your doorstep. Stay safe out there.
(Edit: the five star rating i gave was because i was checking the rider the whole time to see if the girl reached her home safe on time and he was quick so i rated him 5star )

My fiancé regularly waits for me outside my office in Lahore around 10 PM–12 AM because I work late shifts. We sometimes sit in his parked car and talk or we go grab coffee and he drops me back before me break ends.
Once, police saw us and told us to park where the office guards could see us. A few days later, police approached my fiancé while he was waiting for me and searched his entire car, including the boot and compartments, suspecting he had drugs. They found nothing but kept insisting he reveal where he had hidden them.
They said they suspected him because they had been watching him regularly visit the location. Today, my office guard told me the police had instructed them to inform the officers if my fiancé returned.
Under Pakistani and Punjab law:
Can police search a car based solely on suspicion arising from someone regularly visiting a location?
Do they need specific reasonable grounds or evidence to conduct a search?
Can they continue monitoring him and repeatedly stop or search him after finding nothing?
What legal steps can we take if this continues?
I'd appreciate advice from Pakistani lawyers or anyone familiar with Punjab law, preferably with relevant legal provisions. Thank you.

Has anyone taken the IELTS test recently at IDP Mall of Lahore? How is the overall environment there and are the keyboards smooth and easy to use?
I took the British Council IELTS test a few years ago at SKANS Garden Town and the keyboard was really old and kept getting stuck while I was typing.

are not yet officially extinct in Pakistan, but their populations have suffered a dramatic and alarming decline since the 1960s and 1970s.
Once a very common and magical sight of our childhoods across rural fields, riverbanks, and gardens, they are now hardly ever spotted.
I Found one near death a few months ago and took these photos of it's last moments.
Environment is getting worse each day and we are losing so many species, disrupting biodiversity and local ecosystems. It makes you wonder where we are headed as a society.

Hi! My aggregate is 96%+ and I have high hopes of getting into kemu. The thing is I am currently residing in another city. My first option was that I reside in the university hostels but the glimpses I have seen of them are quite awful. I have never lived in a hostel before and from the videos and photos I have seen, I have dropped that option.
My second option is that I shift to Lahore with my family and take the bus routes of kemu. I am considering this option but I don't know anything about the buses of KEMU. Are they safe? And are the day scholars quite a lot? Or are there only a few?
My environment influences my study a lot; therefore, I'm stuck in between both options. Kindly help!
My questions are:
1.What is the actual girls hostel condition? ( In terms of infrastructure and cleanliness, environment etc )
2.How many people are there in one room in the first year?
3.Can one get a single room in the first year?
4.Are the buses safe for girls?
If one stays in the hostel, where can one study? In the common rooms or the library and what are the library timings?
What is the university timing?
Do the common rooms get crowded when the new first year arrives?
Would you prefer hostel life or day scholar life ?

personal experience with one would be preferred
