Guys guess what happened, I was walking to my work in Kuwait City at around 5 ish pm and when I was about to cross the road I saw a lady talking to the stroller guy.

The lady pulled out her phone 🤳 from her pocket and she dropped something 💳 like a card on the ground.

When I saw I thought lets go close and see what's there. I saw a 5KD note on the ground I picked it up and there were a lot of people walking by, so they could have scolded me.

But I took the money, the lady was walking by and I was calling her but she couldn't hear 🙉 😂 😂. I called her 2 times and then she turned backed, I handed her money, even she was shocked she didn't know she dropped money.

Then I went back to my j0b, I felt amazing today, feeling quite like a Batman.

Hello everyone, I'm the same person who posted before asking about finding a job at 15.

A lot of people told me that I needed to focus on continuing my education. Well, I really did, and I earned a great percentage—97%. But because the world is so unfair, I tried to apply to Kuwait University, and they refused me. They don't accept stateless people who don't have nationality.

That didn't stop me from trying to find a way to study. I figured out how to apply for a passport so I could study abroad in a foreign country. I got all my paperwork ready, but they refused my application because passports for stateless individuals were discontinued in 2024. So once again, I couldn't continue my education.

Time has passed, and now my situation has gotten even worse. I can't study, but at this point, it feels like it doesn't even matter anymore. I thought maybe if I applied to the military things would get better, but I tried and they never responded.

I feel really hopeless and I don't know where to turn. I've also tried looking for a job and couldn't find one. If anyone—please, if anyone—knows how to help, I would truly appreciate it. Since I have a car, maybe I can do some kind of delivery work or be useful to anyone who needs help.

Why do people initiate interactions if they have no intention of following through?

This goes for both genders, and I’ve noticed this happening both online and in real life.

For example, someone reaches out after seeing your post, adds you through friend suggestions, or approaches you in person. They’re the ones initiating the interaction, yet shortly afterward, they either ghost you or delete you. It makes me wonder: why initiate contact in the first place if you have no intention of continuing the interaction? What was the point?

Then there are people who add you but make absolutely no effort to get to know you. They might as well be adding people just to increase their follower count, because they have no intention of having an actual conversation or building a connection. If you’re interested in getting to know someone, wouldn’t you make at least some effort to engage with them?

And don’t even get me started on people who ask you out but expect you to do all the work when it comes to making plans.

They’ll say, “We should meet up,” and when you ask, “Okay, what do you want to do?” they respond with, “It’s up to you.” Or they suggest meeting up, but when you ask where they’d like to go, they don’t have a single suggestion. They initiate the idea of meeting, yet somehow, you’re left responsible for figuring out the entire plan.

I understand being flexible and wanting the other person to have a say in the plans, but there’s a difference between being open to suggestions and putting absolutely no effort into making something happen.

Personally, I believe that if you’re the one asking someone out, you should take some initiative and come up with a plan. Suggest a place, suggest a time, and give the other person something to work with. They can always agree, decline, or suggest an alternative. Nobody expects you to plan everything perfectly, but at least show that you’ve put some thought into it.

What I find odd is the lack of consistency between someone’s initial interest and their subsequent actions. They approach you, add you, or ask you out, but then make little to no effort to actually follow through.

Obviously, nobody owes anyone their time, attention, or continued interest. People can change their minds, and that’s completely fair. But I don’t understand the point of initiating something if you’re not even willing to put in the bare minimum afterward.

Am I the only one who finds this kind of behavior strange, or have other people noticed it too?

4- شهادة إعلام رسمي من وزارة العدل ( خلو- استمراريه زواج.
5- شهادة الحالة الجنائية ( وزارة الداخلية )
6- شهادة الراتب ( أو شهادة من التأمينات في حالة التقاعد )
7-موافقة جهة العمل بالنسبة للعسكرين ( الإذن العسكري )
8- موافقة ولي الأمر بالنسبة للإناث ( حضور الولي شخصياً عند تقديم الطلب )

الطرف الاجنبي: (جميع الأوراق الأصلية مصدقة من وزارة الخارجية الكويتية )
التصديق في دوله الي تبي تزوجها (من خارجيه دولتها ومن سفاره الكويت في دولتها بعدين تصدقهم من الخارجيه في الكويت)

1- صورة جواز السفر
2- صحيفة الحالة الجنائية الأصلية من البلد الأصلي
3- شهاده الحالة الاجتماعية الأصلية صادرة من البلد الأصلى
4- شهادة راتب + شهادة بالمسمى الوظيفي
5- موافقة ولي الأمر للإناث الأصلية مصدقة من بلده أو المقيم بها

ملاحظة : مطلوب 7 نسخ من جميع الأوراق ( الطرف الكويتى والأجنبى )"

بعدها تنطر مادري شكثر صراحه
راح يكلمونك تروح لهم وتدخل اجتماع ويقولوك إذا موافقين او لا.

إذا موافقين راح يدزون الموافقه حق السفاره الكويت في دوله البنت الي تبي تزوجها تاخذ الموافقه من السفاره وتكمل اجراءات الزواج عادي في دولتها (عاد اهناك انت اسال شنو إجراءتهم)

بعد ماتملج وتخلص
تصدق عقد الزواج من خارجيه دوله البنت وسفاره الكويت اهناك
وترجع الكويت تكمل هذه الإجراءات في محكمه بالكويت

حضور احد الزوجين او وكيل أحدهما.
ان يكون احد الطرفين كويتي الجنسية.
ان يكون عقد الزواج الخارجي مختوم من الخارجية الكويتية.
ان يكون عقد الزواج الاصلي صادر من جهة إسلامية.

ترجمة العقد للغة العربية إذا كان بلغة غير العربية وتصدق الترجمة من قسم الترجمة في وزارة العدل .

الطريقه الثانيه كالاتي:
تملج في دوله البنت (إذا دولتها رضوا او شوف بطريقتك شتبي تسوي او تكلم محامي اهناك)
ملاحظه اغلب الدول العربيه راح تطلب موافقه السفاره. علشان ماضيع وقت موافقه السفاره يعني الي فوق شرحته.

الطريقه الثانيه نكمل بعد ماتملج بطريقتك. السفاره ماراح تعترف في عقدك لانه ماخذيت الإذن.
اهنيه ترفع قضيه بالكويت على نفسك ويتم اثبات عقد الزواج.

بعدها في المحكمه تسوي هذه الإجراءات حق التوثيق

المستندات المطلوبة :
1- حضور احد الزوجين او وكيل أحدهما.
2- اتبات الزوجين ( اذا كان كويتي الجنسية بطاقة مدنية او جنسية، واذا كان خليجي الجنسية بطاقة مدنية او جواز سفر او بطاقة شخصية، واذا كان غير ذلك من الجنسيات بطاقة مدنية او جواز سفر )
وللمقيمين بصورة غير قانونية إثبات الشخصية و كتاب الجهاز المركزي للمقيمين بصورة غير قانونية.
3- حكم محكمة الاصلي مختوم بصيفه التنفيذية. 4-اذا كان الحكم اول درجة احضار شهادة بعدم حصول استئناف وان وجد حكم الاستئناف احضار حكم اول درجة وحكم الاستئناف وشهادة بعدم حصول تمبيز وان وجد حكم التمييز احضار حكم اول درجة وحكم الاستئناف وحكم التمييز.
5- في حال وجود وكيل احضار الوكاله الاصلية وصوره عنها واصل البطاقة المدنية وصوره عنها.

الطريقه الثالثه:

البنت تيه الكويت عن طريقه اقامه عمل.

الطريقه كالاتي
اول شي تاخذ صوره جوازها
صوره شهاده الدراسيه
تقدم لها عن طريق شركه إذا عندك اوًتعرف احد المهم لازم شركه.
طلع لها تصريح عمل
تختار تختص وتحط راتب (حاول تحط تخصص وظيفي قريب او نفس تخصصها الدراسي)
بعد مايطلع التصريح
تقدم على تاشيره (سمه دخول عمل اهلي) هذا اسمها
البنت تروح سفاره الكويت تصدق التاشيره وراح يطلبون منها فحص رقم ١ و٢ وأدله جنائيه تسويهم كلهم اهناك. وتصدقهم (اهم الشي التصديق)

توصل الكويت (بالمطار)
تبصم وتخلص ويختمون على الجواز
بعدها تكمل الإجراءات

اول شي فحص طبي
تروح منطقه الشويخ اهناك وتقدم (لازم موعد وتاخذ الموعد من موقع وزاره الصحه)
الأوراق الي يبونها
الجواز
التأشيره الي مختومه من السفاره
صوره بطاقه مدنيه المندوب او صاحب العمل (الشركه الي مطلع عليها)
اعتماد توقيع

بعد الفحص تطلع النتيجه (غالبا تاخذ ٥ ايام عمل)
النتيجه تعرفها عن طريق موقع وزاره الداخليه

بعدها تقدم لها اذن عمل بناء على تصريح + بعدها تقدم على شي اسمه طلب اعتداد مؤهل علمي (من موقع اسهل تبع القوه العامله) والمفروض في نفس الموقع يطلع لها رقم مدني
يحتاجون

الشهاده الدراسيه + كشف الدرجات (لازم يكونون مصدقين من خارجيه دوله البنت وسفاره الكويت والخارجيه الكويتيه )

صوره التأشيره + صوره الجواز.

لمه تقدم عليه (اذن العمل راح يوصلك رفض الي لانه لازم يتم اعتماد اعتداد المؤهل الدراسي. راح تنطر يومين ثلاث اربع ١٠ مافي لا حس ولا خبر المهم اول ماتقدم على طول بنفس اليوم او اليوم الي بعده اخذ معاك
الشهاده الدراسيه + كشف الدرجات (لازم يكونون مصدقين من خارجيه دوله البنت وسفاره الكويت والخارجيه الكويتيه )
تصريح العمل
الجواز
صاحب الشركه او مندوب الشركه لازم يكونون موجودين واحد منهم.
تروحون منطقه بو فطيره يم الجمعيه في القوه العامله الدور الأرضي تدخل باب رئيسي تروح كله سيده بعدين راح تلقه مكان في دري واصنصير تلف يمين جهه الأصنصير تلقه كاونترات تروحلهم وباذن الله يخلصون موضوعك ويعطونك الموافقه.

بعدها في سستم اسهل تبع القوه العامله تقدم على شي اسمه اذن عمل بناء على تصريح (غالبا ياخذ يومين) تطلع الموافقه وتدفع ١٥٠ دينار

هذه الطريقه بس مو بالترتيب
١-عقد اجار شقه (مايصير فندق اهنيه)
٢-رقم الالي حق الشقه (تاكد من الشقه قبل لا تحجز)
٣-صوره شخصيه (لازم خلفيه زرقه)
٤-معلومات صاحب الشقه او العماره
٥- بعد ماتقدم راح يوصل نوتيفيكشن حق صاحب الشقه او العماره لازم هذا الشخص يدخل سهل ويعطي موافقه. (لاتنطر على فاضي كلم صاحب الشقه او العماره اول ماتقدم على طول لانه راح يوصله نوتيفكيشن بنفس الوقت الي انت قدمت فيه)

بعد ماتطلع البطاقه المدنيه

Hi, i really need guidance regarding rent in Kuwait.

I kept asking different ppl and all i got was some contradictory information.

The company provided me with an apartment for one month and it's about to end. I actually found an apartment but the agency gave me a contract that didn't match any of what they told me before rent was for some reason 5kd higher, they said they will fix anything that comes with the apartment in case it gets broken, but in the contract it says the opposite, and the last point clearly indicates that the apartment is for families and i clearly said i'm single and will be just me renting the house.

with this بطاقة مدنية Many ppl told me i can get my contract but alsooo other ppl told me that this will be rejected.

I really don't know what to do

I would really appreciate some help, if you had similar problems kindly state the year when this happened to you since many told me the process changed in the last few years.

Tanqeeb is a job aggregator: it collects listings from Bayt, Naukri Gulf, GulfTalent, LinkedIn and other boards. I collected every Kuwait listing it showed for the last 90 days (Jul 21 to Oct 20, 2026), 4,272 of the 4,277 it reported, removed duplicates by listing ID, and looked at who posts them, where, and what they disclose.

1. Teachers: almost 1 listing in 10

Teacher recruiters and schools posted 416 listings (9.7%). Atlas Teachers alone posted 216. The most common job title in the whole dataset is "Primary Teacher", and Education is the second-biggest category after Sales.

2. US base contractors: 8.4%

V2X, Amentum and KBR (US government contractors) posted 360 listings: EMTs, firefighters, aircraft services technicians, KC-130J mechanics, logistics. Base support, basically.

1. Only 5.1% show a salary, and LinkedIn none

Bayt shows a salary on 6.7% of its listings, Naukri Gulf 4.3%, GulfTalent 1%, LinkedIn 0 of 406. The 112 listings with a salary in dinars have a median of KWD 750 a month, a wide range from drivers to senior engineers.

4. Other things that stood out

• 95.4% are labelled Capital Governorate, but GulfTalent and Bayt label almost everything "Capital". On the 61 listings Tanqeeb posts itself, with exact locations, the Capital is only 30%.
• The biggest poster isn't an employer: a LinkedIn page called "KUWAIT JOBS HERE" posted 247 listings (drivers, delivery riders, cooks) on two days in September.
• Some "Kuwait" jobs aren't in Kuwait: GulfTalent labels at least 101 hotel listings abroad (Hilton Luxor in Egypt, Four Seasons Riyadh) as Kuwait.
• Friday is the busiest posting day, because Naukri Gulf posts Monday to Friday. Saturday is the quietest.

Limits: listings on one aggregator, not all jobs in Kuwait or people hired. About 25% look like repeats (same title, company and governorate), partly because the window is 90 days. A missing salary does not mean a job is unpaid. No personal data was collected.

Hey guys! My sister has a Montessori certificate from NAMC in Canada. To renew her iqama, she needs to get attestation from the Kuwait embassy in Canada. The Canadian embassy is no help so far. Does anyone know any agents who get this done? Or the proper channel through which I can get this done?

I'm a new expat here, since i landed i got an Ooredoo SIM, however i'm unable to play online games (valorant), ping is extremely unstable and i would consider it high (80). Ping spikes happen all the time up to 120-200ms.

I'd like to know which internet and provider plan is most suitable for gaming, not looking for the best performance but something stable. Many told me that 5G is not stable, i tried downgrading to LTE but it's the same.

Honestly, I am feeling pretty stuck with my software job search here in Kuwait and I could really use some advice from people who have been through this before.
I have been trying to get my foot into the software industry, but getting that first opportunity has been much harder than I expected. I have been self-studying and building projects consistently, but without professional experience or a university degree, it feels like getting past the first step is extremely difficult.
I have built a fairly large portfolio project called Skepticall, which includes real-time messaging, end-to-end encryption, WebSockets, WebRTC voice/video calls, a Spring Boot backend, Android/React Native, PostgreSQL, Redis, and more. I have also been continuing to learn web development and PHP.
I am currently in Kuwait and I am trying to find a way into the industry, whether that is through a junior role, internship, trainee position, or even an opportunity where I can prove myself first.
At this point, I am honestly not sure what I should be doing differently. I have been applying, reaching out to companies, and trying to network, but it feels like I am constantly hitting a wall.
For anyone working in Kuwait’s tech industry or who has gone through something similar, what would you recommend I do? Is there a better way to approach companies here, or a particular type of company I should be targeting?
