It's my first time mag move out and live alone and naga reside ako currently in Pavia. Is ₱2,000 monthly bill for electricity and water normal? I have a friend in the city nga naga live alone man but indi man mag lab ot 2k iya electricity and water bills. Is electricity more expensive outside the city?
