Issue with batch 4 unit

My Batch 4 unit works perfectly except for buttons 1, 2, and 5 not working exclusively on the drum instrument. I've tried every available version and none have fixed it. AI had told me that it could be corrupt files that aren't getting replaced because each installation sees it as a file and doesn't replace it. There doesn't seem to be a way of REALLY factory resetting it, does anyone have any ideas on how to fix this issue? It seems like it is purely software related and it seems so fixable but no pathway to actually do it.

Is it updated to the latest Rev 3.0?

Hold down grey and red to reset settings.

Does the OLED change when you click the buttons?

It is updated to the latest version 3.0, I've tried each version and reset settings on each to no avail. The OLED changes when I click the buttons indicating 'Kick 1' and 'Kick 2' and whatever 5 is, but it only produces an incomplete noise or none at all.

After changing to 3.0 I've been able to go into the app and remap the drum buttons to other noises, and that seems to work, but once I do so, it mutes all the other functional buttons. I was considering remapping all of them to see if that would create a functional board.
