I'm in the midst of launching my first private label item.

Should I ship directly from my supplier to the Amazon warehouse or eat the shipping costs and ship it from the supplier (China) to my house and the to Amazon's warehouse?

The packages item weighs about 2lbs per unit. Box dimensions are 17x14x2.

Thoughts?

Would love to gather everyone's thoughts on their performance between running both of them. Vouchers seem to be pretty pricey as you pay per voucher.

I want to get rid of inventory for two slow moving ASINs. The problem is that they don't show up as options when I try creating any type of deal, including BFCM. What are some ways I can offload this inventory?
