This just shows how much of an ally, and trust, countries had with the US. This trust, made over the short lifespan of the US, has totally been obliterated by a single person… it’s pretty crazy how things have gone from 0-100.

Well not exactly by a single person...there are some voters included. Crazy. History is repeating.

HAD. I completely agree. There are some good ones left here though.

I hate to tell you this but the orange one was not the first person to start eroding trust in the US

It's pretty directly shit like this;

US sanctions former EU commissioner and four Europeans over efforts to curb online hate speech – POLITICO https://www.politico.eu/article/us-sanctions-former-eu-commissioner-thierry-breton-for-curbing-online-hate-speech/

European tech sovereignty gains urgency after US ICC sanctions | Cybernews https://cybernews.com/tech/icc-sanctions-europe/

It's not a slow burn it's a lightening rod of incompetence and short sightedness. Could have not thrown their weight around and this would be a fringe issue for decades more.

Don't even start on the defense sector. Patriot interceptor deliveries to Poland will be delayed, top general says | Reuters https://www.reuters.com/business/aerospace-defense/patriot-interceptor-deliveries-poland-will-be-delayed-top-general-says-2026-10-12/

It's not really a truth issue. The EU wants to get more control over the moneyflow for their own citizens. In the Netherlands for example we had a good working system (iDeal) which is replaced with a European version (Wero) so they can see where and how you spend your money. Just like the fact that they want to get rid of cash and replace it with a digital Euro which could be programmed so they can control how much fuel you buy, how much you can spend on meat or sigarets etc.

Nothing to do with him. Visa and mastercard have been getting stupider over the years to the point where they dictate what you're allowed to buy and sell. They even screw with Steam about games they can sell. They're blocking entire online stores if they dont fall into their moral code.
