In the US any big numbers are typically shifted into measurements of animals, like length just becomes distance of how many horses instead of miles.

Weight is similar, sort of how the brits use stones, though I'm assuming the person filming wasn't American and simply could not fathom how many cheeseburgers this would translate to.
