That's one of the most terrifying videos Ive ever seen.

Reminds me of the tsunami videos in Japan.

For the japan one, it was wild seeing all those building uprooted. It was intriguing to watch.

This one though....this is insane. That is a fucking wall of water far bigger than i could have ever expected.

“Oh I hope they got to the top of that building to get out of the water……oh…OH MY GOD.”

Yep, there's few buildings that would have been enough in this case. Even the one where the first camera is set seems almost flooded. And it happened so fast. Those people saw death coming. For fucks sake, it's absolutely terrible.

I thought it was AI or a movie at first!

And they are in the middle of the mountains, a massive wall of water and mud is the last thing you expect.

i saw a documentary on the tsunami on boxing day '04 before (wave that shook the world), the height of the wave they described in the eye witness where it was most intense inland felt so surreal

i know this isn't a tsunami but seeing this sort of thing in video really shocked me I'll be honest

Adding to all this already too much of a thing, when you submerge in water and can't plant your feet and all that man when I had that feeling it is so so scary. I can't describe it here.

It's just an automatic intense fear reaction from the body.

Pls don't remind me, those were some of the darkest days I have ever experienced.

I'm sorry. Did you experience it in person?! That is so terrible if so, but I'm glad you survived.
