Discussion What is your longest kill?

Mine is 517 meters. Is that considered a long shot, or is it average?

961m recorded in the stat thing you’re showing, 1,038m when I was actually playing. Operation Firestorm.

Honestly the longest shots it’s barely visible on the binoculars, even in 4K it’s just tiny grey blur just taking a shot to see if it’s a player or not. Firestorm is pretty much the only map where regular 600m+ shots can work. Wake island can but rarely, depends so much where the enemy team is. Carrier strike was funny, shooting people at 800-900m as they got off their boat.

I got mine on firestorm also, in the early days of the game. 575m (if I remember correctly) from the mountain to E.

Probably one of my top fav "extras" they added. I'm in love with this as I was the first time I got xp for suppression I don't remember if it was 1 or 5 but ya love all the extra xp goals in bf6 probably my fav bf so far just for that reason alone. The kit swap and the kills with all 3 weapons without reloads is 100% dop at

Love kit swapping, but usually it’s to support to throw ammo and switch back

My longest is a whopping 252 (I don’t snipe, not my forte) but in my battlefield year 1 recap one of my squad mates was ~1900

Agree @no-upstairs. Playing like that is what Portal is for. Taking an IFV and camping your own spawn shooting pot shots into an objective is not playing the game. Go ahead and do it, cool, but this is why the battlefield community sucks. 🤷‍♂️

In 6 I hardly use the bolt actions, I’m more of a DMR recon. But I got 238 meters on once. I don’t remember how long it was but in BF1, I got a headshot on a guy on the Fao fortress walls with iron sights from the Marsh village while they were shelling us.

Somehow I have 1196 as my highest but I'm guessing I must've been doing a sniper challenge or else I don't really bother. I do play recon the most, but I just use an Assault Rifle, Carbine or SMG with the Tugs and drone. I'm more of an intelligence specialist than anything with that. Else I'm mostly engineer, but it has been a bit more boring in this game. Too much lame repairing and not enough damage per shot so you often just hit all of your rockets but it doesn't die and nobody is finishing it off so it ends up being moot.

I've done just over 200 metres using a SOR 556 on Tsuru Reef a few times. I have a specific build inise for the third part of the map (B) in Breakthrough to hit camping snipers on the side islands.

369m with the SVD. I was a passenger in a heli on operation firestorm. Accidentally desk popped from hip fire and somehow hit some poor unlucky sod in the head. That accident is my longest headshot kill, God I wish it was recorded.
