What's a job you think deserves a much higher salary than it actually pays?

And they will end up paying the contract company twice what would be a reasonable wage for the position, while the company drops pennies down to the staff actually doing the job. The company that gets hired is probably owned by the buddy of a board member too.

I wouldn’t doubt that. All of this kind of thinking was enough for me to not have any faith in the place. Thinking I’d also be replaced at any moment.
