Just beat it last night after ~127 hours. Very much enjoyed it.

Did you rush it? I'm over 200 hours in and still not done. Currently replaying Part 1 to pick up recruits I missed.

I definitely could have put more time into it but i also could have probably put 20+ less. Only played the War Arc with Theodora and a few missions with Deitrich to get certain recruits i heard were in that path. Part 3 i definitely cut down on Dagsion social/training activities and focused pretty exclusively on map stuff unless i had a cert to take or quest to p/u or turn in. Missed 2 recruits but honestly had way more than i could deploy most of the time so not sweating that. 

Will try to get them when the dlc comes out. And turning on the quick combat after part 1 really sped things up.

I've done all of Part 1 and 2, replaying Cai to get Ursula and to power-level and get support for all units with feasts. Also missed Gaitz but I don't care much for him. When I'm finished replaying Cai's Part 1 & 2 I will move on to Part 3.

I'm at 100 hours and still haven't beat Part 1 for all characters (I'm on the 4th one now).

Iirc i beat part 1 at 92 hours, but certainly could have put more time into it.

Same, Dietrich's part 1 path was surprisingly fun to me, almost done with the last part 1 path, which is Leda's for me. I've definitely enjoyed this more than Three Houses.
