Indian constitution has no freedom of speech, as it doesn't allow you to create nuisance or provoke public sentiments if you do that even according to constitution you can get jailed or fined or whatever a junky supreme or highcourt judge decides.

Wrt ajeet bharti . Somehow people still don't understand a)freedom of speech and b) innocent until proven guilty. The court statment itself recognise that he was excercising freedomof speech but they are bound by this act that doesn't allow them to safeguard the freedom of a citizen.
