Ace Combat 0?

I preordered AC8 to get AC0. But I never received a code. I preordered it through Gamefly because they have a $10 coupon with it. I contacted them and they replied saying there is no preorder bonus. There’s no code in the case either. So how do I get AC0?

I ordered from Steam and it asks me on launch which I want to play.

Sorry, to clarify it’s the PS5 physical.
