I'm a firm believer if they had just taken dragon age inquisition's gameplay, put it into a new game and made it 4 player coop they'd have had a hit.

Plays like an MMO, but smaller and tighter story and scope. Easy cash money, and no one has replicated that style so far.

Do people really want more inquisition rather than more origins though lol

The ONLY reason I do is because we have D:OS and BG3 and others which have a LOT of overlap with the gameplay of that, even though I agree, it's my favorite.

I want a small scale MMO still though, and DA:I hit it good with big epic dragon fights and whatnot that actually took time to kill n shit. It just felt really good as a wow classic player 20 years ago.

Forcing them onto multi player work (tacked on to ME3, Andromeda and the entirety of anthem) was kinda a big part of their downfall too, no way more multiplayer is the solution. Bioware was at its best doing a single player experience

Yes, not everyone falls into the same sheep like factory following that Origins is the best DA game. Its awful to play and most of the characters are dull.   My favourite is Inquistion.

That sheep analogy doesn't really work since the sheeps are correct

I'd take Inquisition's gameplay with Origins writing and atmosphere and DA2's smaller story focus of not being another "world ending" thing.
