I think she is wearing really high heels and having a little bit of a tough time walking in them. That is at least what it looks like to me as someone who also wore very high heels.

Yeah, at first I thought she was just very thin, I immediately switched to "maybe she has issues walking on heels"... but I don't know, I looked at her a bit longer and, I don't know, her neck looks very long and her head very small, on top of being clearly very skinny. If she was just unnaturally thin, her head would look bigger than her entire body (source: I have eating disorders). Taking a wild guess, it might be something she has from birth. [I hope I didn't offend anyone, I'm not bodyshaming, it's just my observations.]
