Vote for different house and senate leaders. Once the election is over put the screws to congress.

Jeffries and Schumer are going to sail into leadership positions. You don't put screws into them after election.. you have no leverage then.

The states on which they appear on the ballot will have to primary them. That's the only means.

I meant the oligarchs.

Separately, voting in primaries is absolutely not the only tool.. there are a million other tools, most way more effective. No material gains have ever come through only voting harder in primaries.
