Anything any previous president did is covered by the presidential immunity Trump himself has established at the Supreme Court. They could have personally signed a secret order to have someone piss in his soup and he couldn't do anything because of what HE HIMSELF has argued and won

Sure - but also, if they actually did something criminal, we should know about it and they should be punished.

And that would set a precedent that everyone in his regime doing criminal things should also be punished.

He would never make good on the threat because he’s terrified of what it will mean when he eventually loses power.

I'm not sure he can think that far ahead. He could have stayed in New York and eaten infants all his life but becoming president has put him on center stage of all the world's problems.

Pissing in Trump's soup, or even pissing ON Trump himself should not be considered a criminal act.

Someday we'll have a brand new gender neutral bathroom to use.

Thinking that the immunity established for Trump extends to other presidents isn't a given. You know that the current supreme court of weasels would find a way to carve an exception out for Democratic ex-presidents

It's a shame they weren't prescient enough to see that ruling coming and take advantage of such a "golden" opportunity.

People seem to keep forgetting that the SCOTUS carved out  they get to decide what is and isn't an official act. So they can totally allow him to go after previous presidents, by saying whatever that previous president did wasn't an official act.

Only until SCOTUS clarifies that it actually does only apply to Trump.

True, so long as peeing in someone’s soup falls within the periphery of the duties of the office of President.

Not really. Judgements are not retroactive unless they specifically say so.
