I wear those cotton moisturising gloves they make for eczema underneath!! It's done wonders for the sweating.

You can get them by the dozen, even, so you can just toss them when they get gross-looking. But they're cotton, so you can wash them to make them last longer!! Dry flat, though. The dryer is not a good place for them.
