Its coming in contact with a solvent most likely. Do you use anything like alcohol, nail polish, hand sanitizer or acetone?

This is it. I use my gloves to clean my dishes and bathrooms. I don't use bleach product. My husband, on the other hand uses all kinds of different products. If he uses my gloves, he doesn't rinse them well and I find them melted. It's some kind of solvent, but i don't know which.

It's the sealant around the sink.

Yeah, I saw the comment. Same principle, sealant is oil based -> dissolves some plastics
