They buy it solely for the multiplayer. The older games servers get axed

I didn't mean it the way you think I did :)

It's just my observation. It's not a bad thing. Heroes III is a strategy game for people that don't play strategy games. FIFA is a video game for people that don't play video games.

Careful there, I know some FIFA fans and they are fully functional human beings with more successful lives than most people here. Definitely not idiots.

They're just casual fans, they'd just sit on their free time, playing football for a few hours with the latest player transfer list, then shut it down and won't touch it again until a few weeks later.

The entire mobile gaming market is like that, and the market cap is slightly bigger than the entire PC & console gaming combined.
