Rules/Rules Question Magic Rulings
I heard about this situation today and was flabbergasted. The official rules document says that if you play with a deck that doesn't meet the 60 card minimum you can just shuffle them back in and continue?? This makes no sense as the player who played with less than 60 has a huge advantage and to continue the game is a blatant violation of competitive integrity. It also says that your opponent gets to decided when the cards are shuffled back which also makes no sense. Why should a player have any authority over how a ruling is judged. That just inherently allows for grey areas that threaten competitive integrity
