You know who knows how to attack something? Someone who does it all the time.

Do...do you know what "quarter-pounder" means?

It's a decent meat square.

That's exactly what it is. Source: used to work there, that's what it said on the boxes of frozen patties.

Yeah and want to take a wild guess what your well done 16 oz steak weighed when it started and what it weighs after cooking?

That's how everybody does it not just McDonald's. The weight of the meat is the weight pre cook. Otherwise they would all be different weights if you order them different wellness levels

Like every restaurant does? You don't know how many arguments I've had with people looking at their 16 oz well done steak and their buddy's 16 oz blue rare steak and complained they were different sizes. No sir, I'm not going to weigh it to prove you right, I know it's lighter than the other one, you had us cook a bunch of weight out of it so you could eat your hockey puck. Weight is precook weight. You both bought the same amount of meat, theirs just still has the juices left in it so it's bigger/heavier

I make four burgers from a pound of meat all the time. Really not that big, unless maybe there’s absolutely no fat to cook down, which I’m pretty sure is not the case at McDonald’s

His lawyers told him not to use the word “food” or they’d be sued for false advertising
