Ever since Calif demoed that reboot-proof untethered chain on the iPhone 18 Pro at Hexacon, my feed has been 90% Twitter screenshots, 9% people asking if they should update their cracked iPhone 11 from iOS 17.4, and 1% actual dev discourse.

I can hear the keyboards clacking from a mile away:

"ETA SON????"
"Is 27.0.1 still being signed??? Can I downgrade with Blobs from 2019??"
"Bro I updated from 16.5 because someone in Discord said release tomorrow"

Before you brick your daily driver, let’s go over the Golden Rules we’ve repeated every year since Redsn0w:

1. NO, Calif is not dropping an IPA tomorrow. It was a private security conference demo. Hexacon demos are 0-days meant for researcher clout, bounty payouts, or private tooling.
2. "In due time" means nothing. Until a dev like opa334, pattern_F, or Theos devs actually look at public writeups/CVEs, there is no public tool. If Apple patches it in 27.1, we still have to wait for write-ups and 90-day disclosure windows.
3. STAY ON THE LOWEST FIRMWARE. Stop making 50 threads asking "Should I update to 27.0.1 right now or stay on 26.2?" The rule has never changed in 15 years: Stay low and save blobs (even if Cryptex killed them, just stay low). DelayOTA exists for a reason.
4. No, you can't install Cydia on an unjailbroken device via Safari WebClip. Don't fall for the TikTok/YouTube scams promising "Unc0ver 27.0.1 online installer (no PC) download free". You're just giving your Apple ID away to a survey locker in Romania.

If you comment "eta wen" on a researcher's Twitter, Saurik delays the next tweak injector by an additional 6 months.

Got a new iPhone 18 pro, disabled automatic updates, and was exploring settings and found this setting enabled by default. Haven’t seen any mention of it throughout this sub, could they potentially push a patch to phones to prevent the Calif Untethered exploit without updating?

Also just want to make sure I’m not missing anything else preventative todo.

I feel like iOS has become increasingly buggy and I can’t wait for fixes and workarounds to shitty apps like WhatsApp, having downloaders and stuff again, etc. Crazy times coming.

- Top-left pull-down: opens Cockpit from the clock side, like Control Center (Settings → Cockpit).

- Cleanup: frees space from app caches, temp files and logs.

- Wi-Fi and Bluetooth pickers: choose a network or device right from the panel

- Close Apps button

- Personal Hotspot toggle

- Network type (5G / LTE / 3G) and AirDrop mode from the panel

- Reset a tweak's settings, backed up first and restorable

Is a hacker cafil Iphone 18 pro Runn Jailbreak without dopamine

I understand most of the jb community is mad because of the gatekeepers and devs who took advantage of the tss bug that was recently patched …

But have we thought about the fact that most devs have an untethered jb right now and that plenty of them might lose interest in developing for this reason?? This is literally why jailbreak is still dying lol (and no, calif doesn’t have any jb for ios 27 as it has no sptm bypass 🤨 and there’s no guarantee something will come out either lol)

Anyways, i recommend iOS 18 users to update since next year it might start losing some app support 😍, but yea, “jailbreak is back guys” is such a realistic feeling isn’t it

safe to say I’m going to stay as long as I can. my first jailbreak was iOS 13.5 with unc0ver (even though I’ve been in the game since the first iPad, that’s also already jailbroken ;). I was in the market for a iPhone 13 Pro or Max on iOS 17 with more storage but the right is the only thing close I have found within the last 6 months, not that I’m disappointed. NextClock 1.1.0 beta 2 is now available in my repo. Thanks to everyone who sent diagnostics and tested the first beta!

The main fix: on some iOS 16 systems, the clock view has setDisplayDate: but no displayDate getter. Beta 1 incorrectly fell back to the legacy adapter, leaving the stock clock unchanged. NextClock now captures the date from the setter instead. A tester confirmed this fix on iPhone X, iOS 16.1.2, Roothide 2.4.9.27; seconds and hiding the date also worked. This does not establish compatibility with every device or jailbreak.

Also included in beta 2:

• Transient-subtitle detection and subtitle update hooks to address charging/status messages overlapping the clock and date.

• Stock-clock visibility handling targeting duplicate system digits after switching wallpapers or expanding music artwork.

• More detailed diagnostics with method availability.

The newest charging and transition changes still need on-device testing. These are attempted fixes, not confirmed resolutions. iOS 16–17 support remains experimental.

Please test:

• Creating/switching wallpapers and the first lock afterward.

• Expanding/collapsing music artwork.

• Connecting the charger: clock/date visibility while the message is shown and their return afterward.

• Seconds, Hide date on/off, and disabling NextClock to restore the stock clock.

For reports, include your device, exact iOS version/build, jailbreak/version, installed NextClock version, steps, and a screenshot or short video. You can export diagnostics from Settings → NextClock → Export diagnostics after locking and waking once. The report is local, contains structural information rather than notification/label text, and is only shared when you choose to send it.

NextClock is free and supports animated/static digit packs, custom PNG/GIF/APNG imports and appearance controls. Thanks again to the testers helping me improve this port! Upstream and artwork credits for AniTime, FlexClock and pack creators remain in the project README.

I make a tweak that changes the youtube subscribe button back to red. Feel free to try it and let me know if you encounter any issues.
It’s inspired by redsubscribebutton chrome extension and uyouenhanced.
Currently supports 11 languages, but works on all, it’s just gonna be red even in subscribed state.
Tested on iOS 15 and 17.

So, for context, I recently got my hands on an iPhone 6s (iOS 15.8.8) and I’ve been going from website to website searching for IPAs to sideload. Although it worked for a bit, the majority of them were either heavily tweaked or simply don't exist anymore. This is why I'm going to share how you can get any IPA for your specific iOS version

• First, you need to jailbreak your device (I'm using Dopamine and Sileo).
• install ElleKit tweak(from this repo: https://ellekit.space/ as a repo)

• install Preferenceloader (BigBossrepo)

• Open Safari or any web browser you have and head to the this page (https://github.com/mineek/appstoretroller/releases/tag/0.0.1). Download the .deb file, open it, click share and press Sileo to install it like any other tweak, it will restart your SpringBoard.
• After you're back, open Settings and scroll down until you see a new section named AppStore Troller. You will need to enable it and tap the button to respring your device again.

• After respringing, open the App Store and tap Get on the apps that you want. Make sure to stop the download before it finishes. (if it accidentally gets downloaded, delete it). Let it download for only a few seconds after you see it start. You will notice a cloud icon appear instead of the usual "Get" button, remember this.
• When you are done "getting" the apps you wanted, go back to Settings, disable the AppStore Troller toggle, and tap Respring.
• Go back into the App Store, click on your profile, go to Purchased, and redownload all the apps you queued up. This guarantees you will safely install the last legitimate, compatible version of those apps directly on your device without any headaches.

I hope this guide will helps whoever needs it. I searched everywhere and couldn't find a working guide for this, so I had to dig deep and figure it out myself. Enjoy it!
