CELEBRATING! πŸŽ‰ (no boys invited!) learned my lesson about brazilian waxes, now she's SPARKLING

Post image

JUST TO PREFACE: I <3 a cute fuzzy moment. I also love a mango moment.

My boyfriend is a man (no boy mentality) and he just likes to love n get loved on, literally just being intimate with me is enough LMAO. Waxing just makes my cycles easier (personally) to maintain, sex clean up is easier, bikini season, sex life spiced up. My real estate different yall. To each their own! πŸ’ž FREE THE BUSH BY ALL MEANS.

Made a post a few weeks ago about how I waited 2 months between waxes (and trimmed beforehand) and it was HELL!!! I described it as "those roots were established with lineages and grandkids and estates. 🫠"

I even struggled with folliculitis and ingrowns afterward :((

Like I described, I really despise shaving. I tried hair removal cream, expensive razors, moisturizers, shaving cream, conditioner, exfoliating.. the razor burn is terrible. I hate the itchy grow back. I even tried pimple batches to battle the war that came after.

This time, I went to get waxed again after only 6 weeks, did major research on prep, and WOW!!

Your girl is SOO SMOOTH. NO ingrowns! NO bumps! I'm such a happy gal.

Let me know if you want to know what I did! <3 I'll just reply in comments!!

Edit: This is not AI?! Don't dilute my whimsy! Got me so sad lmao. I really like engaging with people so I prefer talking to yall in comments and the post would be long if I put in all my steps.

So here's the comment <3 where I explain it x

LOCK IN!!! Pls note this is personal experience, senstivity and bodies and all that fun stuff are factors. To preface; the first time will be quite sore as the roots are very established. But with consistency? The follow-up waxes should be much easier and the roots don't have time to properly yknow. Do their thing.

Before wax/brazilian wax:

  • I exfoliate the day before with those little gloves
  • DO NOT TRIM! The wax needs to grip and the more, the merrier.
  • To manage the pain, I take one pain med and no coffee
  • I bring with aloe vera!

Immediately after/day of

  • No undies. I didn't worn any undies for like a week lol. Kitty gotta breathe, and the skin is sensitive so minimising friction is important.
  • avoid sweat, heat (gym, hot bath)
  • Aloe vera to combat inflammation/slight swelling/redness. This is the only product I use the day of if needed.
  • I shower and use NO product, I just use a soft cloth to rinse.
  • Do not touch or scratch, even if tempted.

Next following days

  • to prevent bacteria thriving, I use a benzoyl peroxide wash
  • gentle exfoliating with soft cloth
  • MOISTURISE! No scent ideally. I use a simple CeraVe one every day.

Onward

  • I use a razor bump solution, I know Tend Skin in America is high praised
  • Keep moisturising!

So far, this has really worked for me a week in.
