Video This is the largest single-building pig farm in the world. At 26 storeys high, it can slaughter 1.2 million pigs per year. It was built in Ezhou, China, to help the country's exploding demand for pork. Pork is China's most popular meat, with the country consuming nearly half of global pork demand.

If you eat meat once in a while you're not doing anything wrong as a vegetarian. It's not like relapsing after being sober for years for alcoholism. As long as you're overall reducing the amount of meat you eat, you're still doing the right thing.

“I only pay money for someone to murder innocent animals a couple of times a year instead of multiple times a week. I’m not doing anything wrong anymore!” I agree what their doing is better but a reduction in frequency (unless it’s down to zero) doesn’t make allow them to claim that they aren’t doing anything wrong

I am a vegetarian. I have been for most of my life. I agree with that my diet is still wrong, and I will accept any criticism that vegans have for me. My ultimate goal is to go fully vegan, and I've gone for periods where I have been. Sometimes people take time to make massive changes in their lives like diet, and that's fine too.

You have to understand that the vast majority of people see no problem with eating meat and will defend it to the ends of the earth. So at least acknowledging that it's wrong is the biggest and most important step someone can take. It plants the seed and sets them on the path.
