You can, you just need to press the urethra just below the scrotum, this pressure pushes the last little bit out of the tip.

Takes practice to apply the right pressure at the right spot, but you are almost squeezing the last bits out like a toothpaste tube.

For me, I just wait about another 20 seconds after the main wee and the last bit falls out. I must have an autogoochomatic or something.
