I keep saying it every time, but it still doesn't feel real. Thank you Adam for making this incredible tribute. Everyone in Chicago and who is a fan of the Bulls is feeling the loss, I can't imagine how he feels as someone who got to work with him for years. They had incredible chemistry on the broadcast and they were genuine friends. We are sad he's gone, but forever grateful for what he did for Chicago and the Bulls. Rest in Peace, to the one and only, Stacey King.

Also. Adam is calling the first quarter solo in honor of Stacey. Might be a little rough.
Either way I’m excited to see how this starts, thinking nothing about last year’s insane start.
LFG.

Happy opening night!
I make pizzas inspired by Chicago sports and I had to make one for Caleb Wilson.
Hope everyone enjoys it and see red 🔴!

I miss the old entrance vid. The bulls going through the team bus was great. Miss going to games and seeing it

The gong first appeared on the scorer’s table in Chicago’s practice gym a couple of seasons earlier. Player development coaches Pete Crawford and LD Williams thought of it to incentivize shooters. Twenty-five shots. Make 20. Bash the gong.
The gong itself seems insignificant, gimmicky even, when the new regime’s daunting task is to resuscitate Bulls basketball. They are rebuilding, even if nobody loves the word, but also building habits. Creating their own culture.
So Hield swings away, and throughout the gym, small groups of coaches and players and front-office personnel give him an ovation. Nothing is too insignificant in these early days. Buzelis feels that.
“I’m not saying everybody cares more,” Buzelis said. “But everybody cares.”
Buzelis looks around the gym and sees decision-makers watching practice intently. When he first met Graham, Buzelis could sense how much he cared about basketball, his desire to restore things in Chicago palpable. Months later, the 40-year-old Bulls’ executive VP of basketball operations is in the locker room after games. He texts players after games to encourage or to reinforce.
Rookie Caleb Wilson, the hopeful franchise superstar, shares Graham’s curiosity. Wilson, 20, will text Graham to earnestly ask how he can improve. For his vets, Graham chose Hield and Norman Powell, the latter of whom has made a career as a chameleon. Graham wants Wilson asking questions, and he wants those around him to have answers.
“Another reason that I’m gracious with myself on getting better and learning is because they tell me that it’s gonna take time, it’s gonna be a process,” Wilson said. “And I’m doing well, so it really helped me mentally. Just make sure I have a great approach towards everything. I mean, it’s a blessing to have people that have been through what you are going through.”

For those not watching, there are currently 5 Jevontes out there for Detroit. Love seeing Jevonte turning the game around! Damn, I miss Stacey.

Should I go through NBA League Pass or CHSN??
Ive used nba league pass before but I know chsn has an option now. Has anyone used both and know which one is better? Im not too concerned with the monthly price. Just which one is better.

I think the Bulls could use another point guard for the last roster spot. With Josh Giddey and Tre Jones having dealt with injuries, I think it would be smart to have another reliable option at PG for extra depth and insurance throughout the season.
Player like Kevin Porter Jr. or Walter Clayton Jr. come to mind depending on availability. Ideally, we'd get someone who can handle the ball, create shots for himself and others, and provide some scoring and playmaking off the bench.
We don't necessarily need another starter, just someone who can step in when needed, keep the offense running, and take some pressure off Giddey and Tre. Having another capable PG would be useful if either of them misses time.
Who would you guys want the Bulls to sign? Would you take a chance on Walter Clayton Jr. or target someone else entirely?
Drop your suggestions below! 🔴🐂

"Claxton is doing some spot shooting as we Tweet. Splitter clarified that Claxton is progressing and will be evaluated throughout and the two-week window is just an approximation"

This is all speculation so don't crucify me. The Thunder have a ton of money tied up in SGA, Chet, and Jalen. They draft incredibly well but you have to think they need to resign some of their young talent. IMO Jalen is a player you can build around. What can the Bulls offer and would OKC pick up the phone?
